Arizona shot down a bill that would have made texting while driving on a State Highway, illegal.
Sen. Ron Gould, called the legislation a "nanny bill" and "feel-good legislation". He and the other Senators opposed the bill citing no need for unnecessary government restrictions.(Unless of course it's abortion or same sex marriage.) For more on the story.......
